Ive needed three villains for my story Ronnie! For awhile so lets get to it!
Rules!
-Keep it sfw please
-ferals only
-give them a region
-No fursonas
-NO STEALING OTHER OCS.
-canines are preferred but you don't have to make a canine
Hints!
-This world is colorful, and somewhat kid friendly, so these characters can be colorful
-Each villian has its own region theres 4 regions already (snowy, forest, circus(city) and galaxy)
- you can make what there goons look like if you want but its not forced!
-Have fun!

1st- a full drawing of one oc of choice
2nd- a head shot of on oc of choice
