This is my normal fursuit used. As for vore suit it's in storage. The one problem spot i'm having on it is near the top of the chest and lower neck area. When i have had people help test it it get's alot of strain there and post some stitches every time.

Hmm.... Not really a suiter myself, but why not try stretchy/expandable fabrics to 'fill the gap' when the suit is being filled, stitched between and such?
