Decided to make a new character because why the hell not who's gonna stop me huh??
Tommy is a "street rat", often getting involved in gang related feuds and indulging himself with various drugs and alcohol. He used to live on his own after being emancipated by his rather wealthy family for his uncontrollable behaviours and his easily-influenceable young mindset, when he started to drift into dangerous relationships with bad people and possibly endangering the family name his birth parents gave him an ultimatum, upon which he decided to further pursue the lifestyle he had been nourishing, and separating himself from them.
On a field operation Trent saw Tommy in a shoplifting incident and saw his younger self in him. As an act of redemption Trent took Tommy under his wing and became his foster parent and tutor. They have a "mostly" positive relationship. Tommy is now trying to better himself as a person, but adversities stand in the way of success. Also he smells bad uhUUUH.
