My part of ACEO trade with secret partners from Draci.info on theme Pirates for KatangaCZ and her character Julie - yeah, you see right, there is no dragon! :D Heh, yes, my family members were quite surprised that I drawed card with real things and animals only (well, Cacadu like this is not real - I changed colors of real white Cacadu with yellow markings into Julie-cacadu). We had to add some bonus to this round. Can't you see how this card is special? Let me tell you. This card is little bit like a puzzle game. Katanga asked us to draw on her card at least a small piece o sea... So I splited my idea for her card into two smaller! This card is moveable collage - rear card is filled up with sea and that pirate sailing ship, the front part of card is fullbody parrot cut out from paper glittering on the daylight. From behind I add paper stripe (invisible even when you remove the rear card and watch just the parrot itself) which holds parrot on the rear card and at the right place.
I think it's another more first-time card again :D I haven't drawed parrot for ages and I'm not sure if I had ever drawn ship and sea before? O.o I enjoyed playing with this card, although it makes me hard times sometimes :D
used: on front part (the parrot): liners, watercolors, tiny scissors + google reference images of cacadu parrot (I drawed some pose in the middle of those I liked :D) ; on rear part (the ship and sea): graphit pencil, acrylic paint
paper: on front part: white paper with colorfull tiny glitters (same as can be seen here a little: http://sta.sh/01z0ilyio07o) ; on rear part: smooth cool grey thick card stock
