I rarely seen Anthro Vampires. The differences between normal and undead ones. Is that anthro vampires can extend their muzzles and teeth to feed on human and anthros. Their vampire bites hurts more than human vampires. The victims lose more blood and usually have large bite marks on their necks instead of two bleeding holes. Their fur remains the same, however it looks dead and some of the fur color patterns become dull or vibrant depending on their sire who embraced them. Also, their eyes change into a unnatural color based upon their sire or their personality.
