This is a request for Bakphoon of a Tailor Pandantern! A quite sexy one! x3

This is Flanelle a tailor from Kong Fee Xi a commercial village, where she lives and makes her business. She's really known in the business, since the high majority of the outfit she does are weared by any regular pandantern male or female! She tend to act a bit high class pandantern, but she's clearly a Pandantern who love and prefer to dress normal pandas than higher class one, even if her dramaqueen behavior tend to tells otherwise!

Her food speciality is dragonfruit salad and once she enchant it.... she can control any sort of Textile fabric at will! Which is a great advantage for her job! And a great way to ridiculize bad costumers! So beware! She doesn't like rude or vulgar people! You need to behave a bit when you're in her store if you don't want to get in trouble!
