Naps are an important part of a dog's life. Not like a cat, with hour long stretches, but you've just gotta steal what little rest you can between bouts of running round in circles.
Alert while resting, ready to spring into action of the pack (or object of interest) moves.
Just takes a little stretch, a bit of a yawn and good to go.
