Next member of Team Jade! Nessarose's name is taken from Gregory Maguire's "Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West." Nessarose was the name of the witch's sister, the Wicked Witch of the East.

Background: An easy carefree spirit—literally—Nessarose is not what one considers to be your normal ghost-type...if such a thing existed in the first place. While others of her kind feed off fear and tormenting others with chants and incantations of a malicious nature, the worst Nessa will do is engage in practical jokes. In fact, she lives for them (in a manner of speaking).
Nessa was found abandoned at the front steps of an orphanage: St. Kahn’s Home for the Wayward. If she was “born” in the ghost realm or mortal realm, or if she was the ghost of a deceased mon, was left unclear. She became a ward of the state. But surprisingly, growing up in an orphanage hasn't dampened her spirit.
Happy and fun-loving, Nessa delights in fun, jokes, and pranks. But she's no dullard. Nessa is an expert in chemistry. For some reason mixing chemicals together comes really easy to her. She hopes to major in chemistry and envisions herself becoming a scientist...something which puzzles the daylights out of anyone who's ever seen her giggling madly as her latest prank unfolds on someone.
Never adopted, Nessarose still lives out of St. Kahn's and helps take care of the younger children there. One day she returned home with a young feral umbreon she named Arcturus. They've been inseparable ever since. Rumors abuzz that if Arcturus sees you doing something, even if Nessa isn't around, she'll still know exactly what you were up to. Nessa is fond of toting around a broom stick and is often seen levitating around on it—though why she actually bothers with the broom is something of a mystery.
Despite all this though, Nessa is not as prone to the dark, goth and macabre acts that many ghosts are so fond of. She'll be just as happy to levitate on her broom over the rainbow as have her form silhouette itself against the full moon on dark nights. Her laughter is not a cackle but peals of girlish delight. Although...she will admit, Halloween is her favorite holiday.
Nessa's abilities were seen as a useful addition to Team Jade, which is what prompted Campion to invite her to join. Nessa, always eager for new friends (and prank victims) agreed. She particularly likes teasing Bran. He's so superstitious she barely has to say boo.
She's been to absorbed with her pranks and work to find a boyfriend, but that doesn't mean she won't be keeping an eye out! So if you care to find her...look to the western sky!
