A scene I saw in a dream a few years back! I've drawn this scene before, closer to when I first had the dream -I first drew it in May 2013- but just a few months ago -in March- I decided to draw it again
I've not had the dream in years but man it's really really stuck by me! It's funny though, the scene's always reminded me of the classic Spyro games omg
Here's the first drawing I did of it- https://36.media.tumblr.com/3fcc0ca.....bcmo2_1280.png

This definitely reminds me of Spyro 2, the entrance to Zephyr (moreso the old version than this one). I'm surprised I remember the name of that level, dang.

Oh my goodness yes, it certainly is vERY Like the portal to Zephyr wowee! It also kinda reminds me of the area where the portal to Town Square in the first game is? Must be the ledges or something, but it most certainly reminds me of the portal to Zephyr c:
Thank you a whole lot~
Thank you a whole lot~
Spyro is great heCK YE
and woaH WELL It felt like a pretty long dream!! It was like- an adventure in some way? There was a goal to reach, and I had to go through a lotta things to get there!
I remember at the start of the dreams I walked through some sort of castle wall -it reminds me of Artisans home or Summer Forest in the Spyro games- and I came to a clearing, and that's where I saw this scene! The pillars with an inactive portal at the top
For some reason I knEW i needed to get to the portal, but not only was it not active, but there was no way of getting onto the pillars, they were pretty high up! I went through a lotta different worlds and places and did different tasks to reach the final goal, getting the portal active. I remember on my journey I went to somewhere that was similar to the Peace Keepers world in Spyro. I somehow got back to the first world, and got to the pillars and I saw the portal was active, but the place was flooded with some sorta toxic ooze and the pillars were decaying- kinda like this! http://sta.sh/0jb01aht9r7
Come to think of it the dream kinda played through in a way similar to the first two Spyro games I wONDER WHY IT WAS SO Spyro-esque thats pretty odd omg

WHAT AN AMAZING DREAM I'm jealous, I sorta wanna have it myself now *0*
It does sound pretty spyro-like, which makes it even better.
Seems like it was one of those longer, more vivid dreams than usual. the best kind~
Real glad you decided to draw bits of it out for us to see.
