Y'know.. I like it. It's simple, and at the same time, it's an easier outlook on what love should be.

At first I thought " Oh hey, another love poem." But then I read it again, and smiled. It's simple, powerful, and fits the bill. I hope whoever you wrote it for isn't blinded, and can understand it, as you and I do.

I think love is all these things you've said, wolfboylance, and I also think it is a kind of force--a power--that we create with our feelings (nod to Kadziet-Kind-Wolf) but after we create it, it then also becomes in some way a thing unto itself.

We are part of love, we interpenetrate love and love interpenetrates us, but it is more than that because once created, love moves somewhat forward of us, catches us up in its slipstream, and begins to take us along its journey, and that may be to a destination we don't yet know and a culmination we cannot yet imagine.
