Yes, they are. They're my marbles....not the ones i lost.
These are made out of glass known as Vaseline glass. Basically it's glass with raw uranium added to give it a greenish hue, or yellow, depending on amount and materials already inside the glass.
It also has a neat quality when placed under a blacklight that makes it glow.
