1, vague sketch with thick, hyper size sensitive brush
2, detail fill in, thin brush, no pressure options
3, lines medium pressure sensitive and dense brush
4, flats, attention payed not to colours but to the relationships
5, shading, fat colour brush, smudge tool and gaussian blur
ALL done on autodesk sketchbook pro except 5, lighting and other effects are painted in using effect layers on PS background on PS

You don't want culture, it's just not worth it. You country's government has the balls to say: "sorry, countrys full" to a boat load of immigrants and back it up with the navy. Got to respect that kind of decision.

You see a problem and you fix it.
We'd have to set up a committee just to pick the colour of the paper that the report on the problem would be printed on! Don't even think i'm kidding, we have so many people employed doing pointless little jobs it's not funny.
