Schranz is, well... Hard Techno, that's a bout as good as I can explain it.
It's not exactly the same, but Hard Techno is what Schranz has evolved into. Rolling kick drums, really rhythmic percussion and lots of weird things going on, check out a few of these artist and you should be able to tell what this genre is compared to the rest of the electronic genres.
