Yeah, above all else someone needs to be stern with Surgeon knowing her BS. For the last part, that detail I'm still working out. I have some ideas for it. I know she isn't going to go with just anyone, though how she would treat them is still bring worked out. I had the idea for her being fairly nice and even romantic in specific setups though she wouldn't let anyone know about that. Best poeple not know something that could be exploited as a weakness.
