I've had Skyrim on PS3 since it came out, but I only got it for PC a few months ago. Of course i'm not going to play the same game over, so I loaded it up with mods.
Here's my character a Lykaios by the name of Yar, he started as a brawler, using nothing more than fists, but he's learning to fight with sword and shield as hand to hand combat becomes less effective.

I love the elder scrolls series too. ES5-Skyrim is fun, but I only use mods that are lore friendly and do not break the game (no exploits or cheats).
There are beastfolk that haven't been added as playable races and elves and humans due to them all being at the brink of extinction and only thousands of their kind at best left alive.
Nedes, the race of Atmorians that all Nords are descended of, that the people of Solstheim and the Throat of the World Mountains are folk that died out after Talos became high king and sought their destruction.
Snow-elves, the true Falmer, had a vast kingdom spanning northern most Skyrim, High-Rock, and Solstheim. A warrior people that loathe most magic and are obsessed with honor, they ended all war and ended a state of peace with Nedes several thousand years before Skyrim. It was detailed in the history involving the Snow Prince, in which after his death un-ending peace was established, which is mentioned in the ES3-Morrowind-BloodmoonExpansionPack.
The Llilimothith are a race of fox-folk the Argonians, Naga, and Dreugh sought to drive to extinction 100,000 years ago at Black Marsh, the homeland to all four of these beast-folk races. Theses beastfolk were savvy traders and magi who have been forced into a tribal warrior state and live in Valenwood and Morrowind, where they prepare for survival with the Khajiit, Bosmer, and Dunmer.
I still enjoy the idea of non-lore-friendly stuff as useless comedy relief though and easter eggs.
I tend to play as Khajiit, Bretons, and on occasion Nords, Dunmer, Imperials, and Argonians. Regardless, I've been loving the three unplayable and often unseen races I mentioned, which are only written in books found in games from ES-3 and beyond.
