No, your eyes aren't deceiving you. I got this drawn by THE Mandy Seley, the woman responsible for the art of the recent hit comic strip, Curtailed. It was her first Anthrocon and I think she was quite overwhelmed, but I got to talk to her for several minutes. She was incredibly kind and eager to draw my character once I showed her a reference.
The hilarious thing was is that part of her can't really believe she's turning into a minor celebrity. She still can't believe people know her name, apparently. I'm lucky to get this for $10 - and we are all unlucky that she has a day job and can't art for the fandom as a career. :<
