He just...died...in my hands...I think it might have been Zinc poisoning from his old cage...or he ate soemthing...but the vet suspected that it had to have been something genetic because I spent $400 on tests and they all came up negative for problems. He was only two...

My bunny Hoppy died in my arms too. I tried everything to nurse her back to health. She wouldn't drink anything so I tried giving her water, and... she died, and as she lay there water started dribbling from her mouth....

I lived with this massive burden... I felt like she died because of me.... But she was 11 years old, she lived well into her old age, she was just old.

I do cherish the moments I had with her, I made a difference in her life, that is what I am proud of. I am certainly grateful and I will always cherish the times she and I had together.
