He's one of Drago's smart brothers, and very creative too; but when it come to have fun, Larry is one big load of fun. He wears an inflatable suit for some, probably to use as a floatation device if he falls in the ocean or something, or just to be the ball when he's brothers play some ball game, mostly volley ball.

yeah, i think he accidentally inflated his suit. He doesn't really mind that his brothers use him as a ball when playing volleyball, because he enjoys bouncing around in his suit.
