Making feasox propaganda for money... oh I feel so dirty.
However,
is so dang nice, I decided to swallow my pride and make this commission for him of his fursona paying respect to the feasox Jachilles.
I am pretty sure
will not let me live such a thing down. However, I could not resist adding my own little commentary to the drawing. Looking closely, you may notice a small grey mouse nipping at the heal of the feasox "hero". This is my own adding, and is not in Hy's version. But take that, Jaggers. Oh yes, take that. *nip nip*.

Yessir. Well, very specifically I think as Gene looks as he appears in the Jack arc that he was in. I just didn't realize he was anyone other than Dave Hopkin's character at the time I read it. Noticed you around FA though.

I love it! And, having just watched Spartacus (AGAIN!) it makes it even more fun. But the solemn look on Hy's face brings all the fun back to reality again and gives the piece a very somber feel which I think suits it well.
Heh, and we mongooses do feel a slight twinge toward feasox friendliness, as hyenas are our kin. =P

Alas, Jachilles, burdened by what fate had dealt him. Truly a great tragedy had fallen upon this great hero when Spapollo decided to meddle in the Second Felinoponnesian War.
I can't express how much I enjoy how this turned out. The light streaks, the expressions, the mood, all wonderfully rendered.
Even though there's a pesty li'l "ankle biter" lurking there. I had a feeling that you wouldn't resist. ((chuckles))
