After mulling over a few things and realzing how fucked I was on training some skills, I decided to pop an All-Skill Reset capsule in this game to effectively reset myself back to near-base stats in order to redistribute a few things as well as train some other skills more effectively.
As a result, I've managed to attain ranking every archery skill available to humans to rank 1 now, including the hybrid skill Spider Shot
Fun fact, it literally took me only 15 minutes to get rank 1 Arrow Revolver after finding the pages, for those that know about the skill.
