I was breaking a 1x1 stick and it ended up snapping back, the nail driving in my hand

Yesss, you don't have to make a reference, really. It shows where all the important joints are, and the different proportions of fingers & such.

I hope not.

But... He was just an ER doc or something... Though he couldn't cut it because of tendon issues, so he just yanked it out, prongs and everything.
