This thing is huge -- that's a Q24 behind it, to give you some idea of scale. It feels like lighter latex than the bigger Qualatex balloons. This one has a weak spot but in general I get the feeling these are pretty durable.

They're Cattex giant mouse balloons. This color is "Standard Rose" (Looks pretty pink to me!) and I got a couple of clear ones, too. The dolls I got are also cattex. I'll take a picture of one when I blow one up, but I'm short on inflated balloon storage at the moment. As you can see, I have several large balloons inflated at the moment!
I tend to gravitate toward pink (or "rose" or whatever heh heh,) red and clear balloons. This one's held up for about a week so far. I keep expecting it to randomly decide to pop, with that weak spot and all. Hasn't happened so far, though. I've been trying not to be too rough with it, for the same reason. I'd say I've more than got my couple-of-euros worth from it so far.
One 19" Cattex I used also had a weak spot, I didn't care about till the weak spot turned into a hole, it didn't pop but started to deflate slowly, I'm talking about the orange balloon in this pic: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/16969862/
I used rubber solution and a little squared piece of latex from a popped balloon, patched the hole, and inflated the balloon later. Didn't look very beautiful, but the balloon held for some days more till it popped, but the popping line didn't touch the area of the patch
