Really fantastic! The added gear gives him that "tank" quality that I imagine a rhinoceros soldier would have. The redesigned face is probably the best part, he definitely looks more cartoony, but still maintains the "tough guy" appearance. The expression also really shows a lot of character, which adds dimension to his personality.
Also, rhinos!
