I like how he's mostly shifted and yet his arms and one foot are still shifting.
Also, holding back the change... I agree with that. Makes it last longer and makes it more intense for it to have to force you into it, even though you want it to happen.

I imagine that must be pretty mindblowing and sensory overloading to feel human parts clinging on from within a mostly shifted body like that. Really dig that way of thinking, the tf being a process that you could experiment with to feel more and more.
