So, this is Talon, a Saleth civilian. Or rather, as he'd put it: "ALMOST civilian". He's not exactly combat trained, though he is in good shape, as you can see, and he likes a good fight, and so, he tried to join the military. Unfortunately, he was rejected, and so, he has dedicated himself to creating a device to allow him to use the same abilities that he had seen many of the soldiers use.
He has not made it yet, but he is trying, and is determined to succeed. In the meantime...
When not working, he's prone to relaxing and just enjoying the weather.
