Page 6. The last page. Sorry for keeping the comments sparse, I just wanted the comics to speak for themselves.
It was a lot of work to make these exactly the way I wanted them to look in colour and thankfully didn't have to re-draw too much!
I'd love to know what you scruffy little animals thought of it! xx

I am unfortunately a person that, due to how my brain is wired, has difficult interpreting pictures with no explanatory text. The pictures might well have spoken for themselves, but in a language I can't understand. -.-
So while the art and colouring is excellent, I'm unable to appreciate it or the story fully because I have absolutely no idea what it is I've just read. Asperger's is /such/ a pain to live with...
And while I'm at, I apologise for the nitpicking. There should be a support group for grammar nazis... Grammaholics Anonymous or something.

Oh! Well basically the narration does follow Steve initially, but then Steve, for some reason rebels against the narrator. Maybe he's aware that this is going to turn into a horror story or that the monkey paw is cursed. So he goes for the orb. The narrator is bitter, continuing the story as though Steve DID pick up the monkey paw while insinuating that if he'd picked anything else up, they would've lead to his inevitable demise. That's where we get the impression that Steve can hear or understand the narrator, panics and throws the ball away. The narrator becomes snarky, teasing the reader and Steve of the fate he could've had while Steve runs away from a crystal ball that appears to be growing until the ball itself crushes Steve. But an image/projection of Steve appears in the ball, indicating that this could be his spirit or a soul or the essence trapped in the ball, but that's left to your interpretation.
I hope this helps!
