Nice variation in the line weight, and the pose looks balanced too. Your figures are really solid!

I'm trying! <3 It helps that the pose is from the statue of David. XD I think all of my reference sheets will be poses from classical artworks. I'm really buckling down and working on figure drawing and dynamic poses.

If you're learning, it counts for something, haha. All that technical stuff can be such a pain so it's awesome you're taking the time to beef up those skills. I've heard greyscale studies that focus on lighting and form work wonders, and that way you don't get too hung up on lines without understanding how light affects a figure. I've been sketching from memory so long that lines alone are a huge crutch for me now, haha :')
