Good pose, simple yet powerful. Nice shading. Everything makes solid composition - his posture, musculature and style of clothing combined with his pose tells us that this guy is full of self confidence and pride, but is not a douchebag, more of a leader.
But what I do not like is his tattoo - tribals are considered cliche, and it should be a little more detailed, but this is a small detail, and it kinda fits his posture.
