Sexy. I love the finned tail and the way the horns look. Just a very cool design to the character overall. I also like the gaze in his yellow eyes, looking out over the glasses, and the pipe is a very nice touch.

The background details came out great as well. In particular the grain and detail to the floor and stains on the wall. Very nice job all around.

Well, the "Hell creature" thing is just christian propaganda... Baphomet is actually a deity of true neutrality, representing the force in between opposites. Which is why it's both genders at once.
