just like the Fourth of July thing i made a couple weeks ago now it's time i make a hula outfit for the summer!
what's special about this is that aside from the coconut top & grass skirt that needs to be added for this you also have the option to put the flower in & if you do want to add the flow in you'll have to color it too in your own way whatcha think?
