Before you cut it off, make sure you double check everything. This is where pictured help and having someone else with you is definitely recommended. Have them take pictures of all angles (since you can't exactly see most of yourself) and make sure everything is right before you work on cutting yourself free. I recommend safety scissors too so you don't get poked too often when being cut loose.
