This is actually an old OC I've made a few years back
She used to be some sort of aquatic creature sonic OC, but I've changed her into a water dragon and took her out of the fandom :3
Her color scheme is still the same as well as the beads and flowy clothing
I'm actually really happy with how this came out
The name was a suggestion by some DA user (she was nameless at the time so I've asked for suggestions) and they mentioned that it meant "Leaping Water" or something like that. So I picked that one :3 (and yes, I googled to check if it was true xD)
