Looks like Leonardo wanted to make a friend. A dino friend that is. Luckily pheagle was in the area when he thought of the idea. So he decided to get his spirit to rig a pair of boots and greet him with the pair. Good thing he took them coz now Leonardo has finally got what he wanted...not sure if pheagle will like what he done but hey, people do anything to become a friend with a dino. Good thing Leo's a huge, friendly softy otherwise things would be a little sinister. Well, at least he kept those boots ;P
