depends on your natural hair. my hair is very resistant to bleaching, and dying is just colouring after bleaching.

Ahh, mine seems to do a bit too well with the bleaching but colouring afterwards seems to cause issues, but I suspect it was because I went to a place to have my hair done and they didn't put the right stuff in as it came out after two washes...

well I'm finding it's dependent on the hair dye. like Manic panic refuses to work on my hair, but this big name permanent hair dye works. but it doesn't come in the shades and colours I want.

So yeah, all depends on what works.

Generally outside the skinhead community, nothing. but red suspenders are commonly worn by Nazi "skins" so the skinhead community avoids red suspenders as a whole. punks and other anti-culture groups sometimes share this idea and don't wear the red ones out of show of their non-racist beliefs.
