OMG! I actually drew a vixen wearing something!! ;)
Still needs a little work (her right side's off for one thing), but I'll change that for the final version.
(Her appearance has been inspired a little by a character in a famous US TV show. Any guesses?)

I think it's fair to say that I do draw pleated skirts in a simular style to Sailor Moon - especially since I've drawn my vixen Blaze in such an outfit! But that's not the show I had in mind.
And I'm a British fox anyway - I've only ever visited the US. (I was also at EF14 in August!) But the show I've got in mind is big enough to be shown on several channels here in the UK, and is currently a top ten show in the US. Although she doesn't look an awful lot like the character who inspired her appearance...

Hee, and yes, I remember pretty miss Blaze... I guess that's also kind of why I was so reminded of a Sailor Moon outfit when I looked at this arctic lady. Even though the shirt is very different.

Wow, and I've never been to the US myself... wish I could visit one of the cons once! Hmmm, and we do get a number of big US shows here in the Netherlands too... but I'm not much of a TV watcher, so in all honesty I still have no idea which character, or even which show, you might be referring to, hee! =~.^=
