Or maybe just being herself, we pretty much know nothing about her.
I went to watch Inside Out last saturday, i always watch Pixar movies in theaters since UP ( 2009) being Cars 2 the only exception because seriously, who asked for Cars 2?. I really enjoyed this movie, one of the most originals ive seen in years, and i couldn't just stop thinking about the Rainbow Unicorn that appears in the movie, i love that serious expression in her like she doesn't simply care, and i like her body design as well, it makes her look even more adorable.
I tried to mimic one of the concept artworks from the movie and i think i got a nice result, the hair was VERY painful to draw, it was so difficult to draw with this drawing app ( Colors! 3D), i dont usually draw lineless art, but i really like how this one turned out, i love it!.
I know you don't usually comment stuff that doesn't have to do with my characters but i would like some feedback from this pic, for the first time i feel satisfied after doing a lineless pic!.
Remember, i always take criticism nicely, either if it's constructive or not, i always let people feel free to say what they think, i never delete comments that i don't like, everyone has their full rights to say what they want, if you can't take criticism you can't consider yourself an artist after all.
( I hope no one at Pixar ever sees this).

I'm not too familiar with that art program, but I'll give you my opinion on the way you did her hair.
It kinda looks like you used a brush that had a smearing/mixing effect for the hair. I think next time you could try using a brush that just goes over the color on top, instead of mixing it.
The times that I've seen people color hair, they usually do the base color for the hair, and then go over it with a textured brush of a lighter or darker color. That gives the illusion of it having layers to it.
That's just my take on it.
