A second version of it, with further attemps to use iray and its occasionally confusing light physics. Kept on endlessly trying on different lights, meshes, environments, emissive surfaces, etc. After a few hours, two crashes and Daz taking about 7gb of Ram without even rendering, I eventually went 'fuck this' and rendered it anyway.
Hell, I might try it again sometime, now that I'm getting the hang of it. x_x

I've seen abandoned factories similar to this up in the Oakland/Richmond area near San Francisco, and it appears you've got the lighting elements right. The "Graffiti" in the background is a nice touch. It kind of answers the question, "What happened to all the People?"
