...I don't see what's so shocking here. Literally every toy we buy for our dogs end up eaten. It doesn't matter what they're made of, whether it's plastic, yarn- you could've bought one made out of depleted uranium and they'd eventually swallow that too!
There's a reason we call our dogs "trash compactors" on occasion. XD

And don't forget to add the things that we buy for ourselves like car keys, wallet, shoes model kits(I'm a modeler and if my sister in law's dogs tried to use anything of mine as their chew toy. They have another thing coming cause I'll have them spend all day in their kennel.

But for dog lovers they just can't stay mad at their dog when they start making the I didn't do it face or their guilty look.

Our dogs never seemed too interested in human toys, so to speak. Sure, stuff like socks and shoes have come under fire, but if that happens you just need to put your foot down... Did I just make a pun? XD
