The oldest son of an inventor (or modern-day mad scientist, depending on who you ask) from the Almia region, Troy is definitely in the running for the title of most colorful student at the PCA. After becoming nearly obsessed with a popular series of video games (you can probably guess which), he convinced his father to build a working model of the main character's wrist computer, something he's never been seen without since arriving at the school. Despite if being bulky, kind of hard to work with and a bit silly looking, he still swears by it instead of just getting a darn laptop like everyone else.

Although he isn't an electronics genius like his father, Troy still fancies himself as an inventor as well and spends a lot of time in the school's auto shop, drawing up plans for all manner of contraptions or welding and bolting together various pieces of junk in an attempt to make a working version. He's actually managed to succeed on a couple of those, surprising even himself with how well they work.


Luxios have the most ridiculously impossible facial anatomy (the positioning of the eyes specifically), so I had to invoke artistic liberty and go a bit more conventional with this guy. You get the idea well enough though, right? Seriously, you get the idea that whoever designed some of these Pokemon never intended them to be seen from more than one angle.
