--Plan: Front Door--
This is probably the safest method of escaping a whale's stomach. Just leave the way you came in! If your lucky you could just crawl or walk out. Just find the entrance hole to the stomach (Not the opposite end! That leads to a whole different exit...) and follow it out. Of course this may not work due to peristalsis. If that doesn't work, attempt to make the whale sick. Cause a ruckus, make some movement, get the whale to vomit you out.
