Custom character - Gemling (Dragon) | Semi-open species

Request from me.
Because this is a semi-closed species I will require that if you one day decide to no longer
to keep it yourself I request that you return him back to me. I already like the sketch of him
and the shape I gave his gems. I say this because it’s a semi-open species and you need
permission from the species owner to know if it’s accepted or not as a Gemling (Dragon).

Info:
All his gems are quite round and smooth to the touch, the only sharp gem
is his horns that are short on top of his head. There are round ones on both
sides of his tail that ends like a whale or dolphins tail fin, same on the chest.
