Look Ma!
"I did an arts!"
She worked so hard on this little birthday gift for ThorinFrostclaw...
I don't want anyone telling her she could do better. ;D
I'm currently hand rearing this lovely little barn owl for work!
At the time this drawing was done, and this photo was snapped, she was 6 weeks old.
Her name is Bagel! :D
Note:
At our centre, we do not condone the practise of keeping owls as pets.
They are wild animals and behave as such!
I'm rearing this little lady because her mother and father didn't want to. :c
When full grown, she will make a fantastic education bird, hopefully teaching people about the plight of the wild British Barn owl!
Happy Birthday, Thorin! <3

Aww she's a cute lil owl, im sure she's all grown up now. There's a facility near me called the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program. they take in wild birds that have been injured and or cant survive in the wild any more, for the ones that are injured they rehabilitate them till there fully healed then release them.
and that's a really good drawing as well.
Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas
Thanks! Merry Christmas to you too! c:
Ohh that is awesome! We do wildlife rehab here too, as well as captive breeding programs. This little lady was bred in captivity at our centre, so it would actually be illegal to release her! But she's done lots of visits to schools for education. Already doing a good job, bless her. :D
