Hey... I didn't really want it to come to this...but I started a patreon.
I guess before I go on, I should explain this:
Apparently people might have done this in the past and went on to, idk, only post their images there or something...you don't have to worry, I'm not gonna do that. I'm definitely going to continue posting here. I've been either drawing or writing these things for years before I came here. Even before I started my writing.com account, which dates back to 2012. In fact, you can find one made up story online that my badly-grammared 13-year-old self wrote during summer 2007 of Scott Steiner and Test farting on Stacy Keibler. Seriously, you can find it on Wikipedia on the Scott Steiner history page dating back to 2007.
I was a bad, horny teenager. Don't expect it to be good, the grammar was...on the level of a young teenager, so...ugh, never mind!
Now on to why I'm doing this. Well, starting off lightly:
I don't really want to explain my entire financial situation, but currently, I'm not employed and really rely on commissions to pay everything for me that my extended family can't.
My only way of getting here Is through my old, annoying phone, and you have no idea how much of a hindrance it is; I can barely save anything to my ext SD card, so when I want to send finished commissions or upload work, I have to delete a ton of files AND restart my phone just to view it, then half the time, there's an SSL error that keeps me from going online, and then there's the SIM card problem I have that won't allow my 4G to work (which has currently been going on for a week-and-a-half). So basically, doing just about anything online has become a pretty serious challenge.
Eh heh... it is kind of a stretch to even say this, but if about 1/4 of my watchers could donate $1 a month, I'd at least have enough to continue coming here to update and continue doing commissions. That was mainly an example, since I've seen that even people who've been here for like 8 years only have around 40 patrons, but it can't hurt that much to ask. It would pretty much be a dream if I could actually completely support myself doing something that I genuinely really enjoy doing, and not have to rely on a family that sends me physical threats because of my sexuality.
I really wanted to rely mainly on commissions to make money until I got a job, but they can't necessarily cover everything. Plus, the past few weeks have made it pretty clear that my slots won't always be full, so I really just thought this could at least help.

It actually hurts to see my characters - specifically two of my most well liked characters - up there...promoting a shameless act for me, but help would really be appreciated.

I really want to help you, but I have no credit card and actions like commissions, buying on Internet or any thing with a card are impossible to me... >.> But I shall come back here directly when I have one ! I really love your art and I would be glad if I could help you ! ^o^
And as islethewolf stated, there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for help... Especially to people who are following you and liking your work :3
