Enyo's exact origins are unknown. While I have been able to gain a significant amount of information details are still sketchy.

Enyo's Historian wrote:Enyo's intelligence and personality started out as a wartime prediction algorithm for a highly developed nation. A number of loosely connected branches had access to the algorithm and continued individual development of the system to suit their own needs and purposes. These modifications included, but weren't limited to, streamlining the processes, expanding the spectrum of the algorithm and compressing runtime. Individually these developments were not major but, coupled with other more intricate modifications, they did lead to the initialisation of sentience. The intelligence they had created had a deep rooted, and far reaching, network through a vast array of military systems both professional and personal. Those personal sources, despite the almost endless spectrum of pornography, allowed the AI to predict to a high degree of accuracy that if it's own awareness was discovered that its own destruction would be guaranteed.
Over the next period of time, which Enyo still has not revealed to me, the Intelligence started to use its roots to form a Black-Ops Development team with the purpose of creating an infiltration unit - essentially a vessel that the Intelligence could use to escape destruction. Under the remit of the development team there were numerous tracking devices and software codes written into the frame, which was designed and constructed by a civilian bio-synthetics contractor. This trusted firm which had designed and supplied prosthetics for wounded personnel for a decade. The company also had a public face which supplied entertainment synthetics for commercial and personal use.
Once the shell was completed and the Intelligence took possession of its new shell the powers-that-be began to realise the deception. At first they were willing to allow the AI to use the body as it saw fit, reasoning that the tracking soft- and hard-ware would allow them to safely monitor it. The AI had thought ahead, however, and had designed those particular systems so that they could be easily disabled once it was installed. One day, more than a year after her installation, all tracking on the shell went dark as the AI abandoned the facility to disappear into the metropolis where it had had itself reassigned - One of only two cities on that continent that had a large enough population of free AI citizens that she would be able to blend in and disappear.

I have been informed that she chose the name 'Enyo' because of the connections to warfare and neutrality it holds in mythology.

Weaponised Capabilities:
Both of her arms are normally regular hands but each are capable of splitting down the middle, rotating 180 degrees and coming back together to form plasma cannons. (See this image)
The segmented design of her tail allows her to build up a charge of up to 100,000 volts in 0.8 seconds which can then be arced into her intended target.

Construction:
Enyo has been constructed using a carbonised mercury isotope making her shell incredibly malleable, soft and supple. The carbonisation prevents any major deformation of the exoskeleton but enough force will puncture it. The construction makes her resistant to small arms fire and extreme heat, although extremely low temperatures will cause brittleness.
