Oh, that's hard! I really love Dog Soldiers and the Ginger snaps trilogy. Though I wouldn't consider Van Helsing a 'werewolf' movie, the creature design is one of my favorites. :D
There's also a 2014 movie called 'Pyramid' that I'd place in the genre because of a badass Anubis design. :3

I saw the trailer for Pyramid! It actually looks really cool. Kind of reminds of of the first Mummy movie with Brenden Fraiser. The first Ginger Snaps was pretty cool! I like that there was pretty distinct difference from the male wolf at the beginning and the female at the end.
