Yep. Elisa's brother Derek, transformed into a gargoyle-analogous hybrid of panther, bat and electric eel by Dr. Anton Sevarius. (Sevarius was voiced by Tim Curry. He did a very good job.) Started out allied to bad guy David Xanatos, but once he figured out that transforming him was part of Xanatos' plan... yeah, he didn't take it well.
