Went to the SAA 'It's All About Art' event in Islington yesterday. In amongst the workshops and demonstrations I spent more money than I really should have. Amongst the purchases we have some FW acrylic ink in crimson and silver Aqua Bronze powder by Schmincke - it's like painting with liquid metal, so shiney!!

(also, saw a demo where Charles Evans the landscape artist was pretty much taking requests for watercolour techniques. It was like watching magic tricks. How does someone make these things look so easy?!!).
