Since TV land and that no name golfer find the General Lee so offensive suddenly after not finding it offensive before, I shall post it here on my page. One thing TV land and some golfing jerk can't control is the people who have created their own replica cars like this one.

I know I've made more or less this same comment before, but...
I've always been a "you lost, get over it" kinda guy (first bumper sticker, in fact) when it comes to the reb's battle flag. Like, if you're flying it, and you're not in the middle of re-enacting a battle, then feel free to assume that I think you're a thoughtless wanker...HOWEVER! Erasing it from stuff like this is fucking asinine. The show's already been made, you can't un-make it, and the General Lee has the fucking battle flag on it, for fuck's sake! You can't change that shit! Don't like it? Then watch something the fuck else, it's pretty damn simple. I don't give a FUCK if you're offended by a fucking TV show, that's YOUR childish-ass problem.
Defacing the General Lee is either childish, or simply fucking whacko, I'm having trouble figuring out which. It's as bad (worse, maybe?) as Apple pulling all those Civil War games.
Oh, and for the record, my problem with the flag isn't that "it's a symbol of racism" or whateverthefuck trumped up bullshit reason we're hearing from the loudest anti-flaggers. My reason is much more simple than that, and I already said it at the beginning of this little rant...YL,GOI.
