At last! I have extracted an instrument from a Sega genesis/ mega drive ROM
The music program that I had used is called VGM maker. This application is no longer supported and the owner named Shiru has shut down his website. If there's anyone that knows anything about extracting samples please let me know. I'd love to use samples( Ex. Kick, snare, bongos, Basically digitalized drums, etc. )
