the general story behind this is that Nikki's brother, john (named after my cat, cappy, or captin long john silver, he has a bad leg <,<) he's trying to make sure jeffery knows that his sister is very important to him, and if Jeffery dosnt make sure she's ok, then he will end up in this perdicament again. now jeffery wants Nikki's well being as much if not more then Johns but he also LOVES being tickled, so this is actually fun for him, thats why torture is in quotes
